The Doctors

Dr. Beauvais received his Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Montreal Faculty of Medicine. He completed his internship at St. Luc Hospital in Montreal. He completed three years of Ophthalmology training at the Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital in Montreal. He then completed fellowships in retina at the Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation in LaJolla, California and at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin.

He has been in clinical ophthalmology practice in Ogdensburg, New York since 1991. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

 

Dr. Nuyens received her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine. She completed her internship at St. Mary's Hospital, McGill University in Montreal. She completed a Diploma in Tropical Medicine at the Prince Leopold Institute of Tropical Medicine in Antwerp, Belgium. She then completed one year of residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Montreal, followed by three years of residency in
Ophthalmology at the University of Montreal. She then undertook a fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin.

She has been in ophthalmology practice in Ogdensburg, New York since 1991. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
